Shipping policy

Where we ship: we ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Italy and the other countries of the European Union. The checkout shows what can be delivered to your address.

Shipping cost: standard tracked shipping is free on every order.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time: after dispatch, delivery usually takes:

  • United States: 7 to 12 business days
  • Canada: 8 to 15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7 to 12 business days
  • Italy and the rest of the EU: 8 to 13 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and Norway: 10 to 20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday and the holidays.

Customs (Italy and EU): EU orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner's warehouses outside the EU with import duties and taxes prepaid, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for a customs fee, contact us before paying and we will sort it out or refund it.

Customs (Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway): prices do not include local taxes (such as GST/HST or VAT) or import charges. Depending on the parcel, these may be collected by the carrier on delivery. If a carrier asks you for a fee, contact us before paying.

Tracking: every order ships with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Address errors: please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels: if your parcel has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch (25 business days for Canada, the United Kingdom, Italy and the EU; 30 business days for Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and Norway), or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page and we will help you right away with a replacement or a refund.
