How to use
- Start with clean, dry skin.
- Put on the mask and the neck piece and adjust the elastic straps.
- Press and hold the touch button for 3 seconds to switch on, then tap to change colour.
- Lie back, close your eyes and relax for 15–20 minutes, then continue with your usual skincare. Most people use it 3–4 evenings a week.
Use it lying down on a sofa or bed – not while reading or watching TV.

- Keep your eyes closed during use and do not look directly into the lights.
- Do not use if you are pregnant, under 18, have epilepsy, a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication (neck piece), are sensitive to light or take light-sensitising medication, or have broken or irritated skin.

Everything seems to be working, the collar is very comfortable and warm.
Super fast delivery! I can't talk about results yet. The mask works perfectly, very practical being rechargeable, as I don't need to keep the cables connected all the time. The material seems sturdy. Elastic straps for fixing to the head, wide velvet straps that are easy to adjust.

Very nice product the only minus is if you have trouble with your thyroid you can not use the neck part, at least that's what the small letters say in the manuel. So be mindful of that.....
