How to use
- Apply body oil or a rich cream to the area – always use it on oiled skin.
- Connect the USB cable, switch on and start at heat level 1 and suction level 1.
- Place the head flat on the skin and glide slowly upwards (legs, hips, arms) or along the muscles (back), 2–5 minutes per area. Keep it moving – do not hold it still.
- Switch off, wipe the head clean, done. Most people use it 2–3 times a week.
Safety information
- Keep the head moving: holding it on one spot can leave temporary round marks, as with any cupping.
- Do not use on the face, neck, chest, abdomen during pregnancy, or over varicose veins, bruises, broken or irritated skin, or recent injuries.
- Do not use if you have a pacemaker, circulation disorders, a blood-clotting disorder or take blood thinners, or during pregnancy. If you have a medical condition, ask your doctor first.
- Start at the lowest levels and increase only if comfortable. Stop immediately if it hurts.
- Not for children. Keep away from water. Do not use for more than 15 minutes per session.

Great massager. I recommend it. It should only be used with massage oil. Otherwise, it can really irritate the skin. You need to start with the lowest speed. Don't leave it on the skin for too long.

It's exactly as described. I thought it wouldn't charge the battery but would use electricity directly via a power cord, but it's good that it's not as I thought; it does charge, but I don't know how long it takes to use it until the battery needs to be recharged.
