Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee. We want you to love your Himra™ device. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. This guarantee applies to every order (United States, Italy and the rest of the EU) and is in addition to your legal rights.

How to return: contact us through our Contact page (or at support@himrastore.com) within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please send the item back within 14 days of contacting us, in its original packaging and with all accessories.

Refunds: once we receive your return (or proof that you have shipped it), we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Cancellations: you can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships.

Customers in Italy and the European Union

Right of withdrawal (14 days). If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you indicate (other than the carrier), receive the goods; if you order several items that are delivered separately, it runs from the delivery of the last item. To exercise it, send us a clear statement, for example by email to support@himrastore.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of withdrawal. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We use the same means of payment you used for the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you told us about the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years). In addition to our 30-day guarantee, consumers in the EU are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery (in Italy, articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005). If a product is defective or not as described, contact us and we will repair or replace it or, where this is not possible, give you a price reduction or a full refund, at no cost to you.
