Orders & shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free and tracked on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. Times can be a little longer during Black Friday and the holidays.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel any time on our Track your order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email support@himrastore.com with your order number as soon as possible and we'll update or cancel it free of charge.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Contact us right away with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it for you.
Returns & guarantee
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
If Himra™ isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send you the return instructions and refund the product price once we receive it. Full details are in our Refund policy.
My brush arrived damaged or isn't working. What now?
We're sorry! Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund – no need to pay for return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.
Using your Himra™
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Start with the extra-soft brush head on the low speed and use it every other day while your skin gets used to it. If you have a skin condition, ask your dermatologist before use.
How often should I use it?
Once a day, morning or evening, is plenty for cleansing. Massage mode can be used two to three times a week with your favorite serum or cream.
Which brush head should I use?
- Soft bristle: everyday deep cleanse.
- Extra-soft bristle: sensitive or dry skin.
- Silicone: gentle daily use, easy to keep clean.
- Makeup sponge: blending foundation and cream products.
Can I use it in the shower?
Yes. Himra™ is rated IPX7 waterproof, so you can use it at the sink, in the shower or in the bath.
How do I charge it and how long does the battery last?
Charge it with the included USB cable. A full charge lasts up to 20 days of regular use. Make sure the device is dry before charging.
How do I clean the brush heads?
Rinse the head under warm water after each use, shake off excess water and let it air-dry. Replace bristle heads when the bristles start to look worn.
