30-day money-back guarantee. We want you to love your Himra™ brush. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to return: contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please send the item back within 14 days of contacting us, in its original packaging and with all accessories.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Cancellations: you can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships.
