Shipping policy

Where we ship: we currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost: standard tracked shipping is free on every order.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time: after dispatch, delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday and the holidays.

Tracking: every order ships with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Address errors: please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels: if your parcel has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page and we will help you right away with a replacement or a refund.
